  • We have been using the Kind by Nature cloth diaper service for the past 3 1/2 months. I have nothing but positive things to say! The staff are friendly and thorough. I feel completely comfortable reaching out to them with any questions. Before I signed up, Christine spent an hour with me on the phone giving me all the details that I needed! It’s clear that they truly care about their customers, as evidenced by the fact that there is no contract, and they even said that if we decided we wanted to wash the diapers ourselves (no thank you!) they would teach us how! I was quite worried about getting used to cloth diapers when I have never changed a diaper ever in my life before I had my baby, but they are pretty easy and only take about 15 seconds more than putting on a disposable diaper. I was also worried about odors, but the pail really keep the room odor-free when the lid is shut. I have definitely talked their service up to friends; it is wonderful that Kind By Nature makes using cloth diapers and helping the environment accessible.

It's fabulous because I can reach her by text, email, or on the phone depending on what's easiest for me. She successfully helped us troubleshoot leaks and routinely anticipates sizing up by talking with me and sending 10 diapers of the next size for us to try out. Then we let her know how we like them. Scheduling is flexible; it was straightforward to send one email with three of our vacations and requested "off" weeks and Kind by Nature took care of it seamlessly adjusting our payment schedule and pick-ups as required.
